Paying Your Bill at Mercy
Busy lives demand convenient ways to pay your Mercy bills. Here we offer multiple options to securely pay your Mercy bill either online, by mail or by phone:
Scammers may impersonate Mercy to steal your private information. If you get a suspicious phone call or letter, please remember, we will never:
- Contact you unexpectedly to ask for insurance, banking or personal information
- Offer you "free" services like genetic testing
- Pressure you to act quickly
- Send you packages with lab kits or swabs without prior notice
MyMercy is still the safest way to manage your health care. If you think scammers have contacted you or a family member, let your Mercy caregiver know or call 855.420.7900.

Pay Your Bill By Mail
To pay your bill by mail, you can send payments to the address included on your billing statement. Mail check or money order (made payable to Mercy) along with the tear-off form on the front of the statement. To avoid issues when mailing payments: submit one check per envelope and always include the matching payment slip. Sending one payment for multiple accounts and/or not including the payment slip can result in processing delays and payment posting to the incorrect account.
Pay Your Bill By Phone
Call Customer Service at 855-420-7900 for automated bill pay 24/7 and customer support Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central.
